In addition to our services relating to incorporation
of legal entities, we also provide managerial services
for foreign and national legal entities in the Netherlands
Antilles and/or in Aruba. We act as Managing Director,
as Trustee, as Liquidator, as Member of the Board or as
Member of the Supervisory Board of different legal entities
with various purposes (tax planning or estate planning).
